This auto shop is, hands down, the best I've ever dealt with! Recommended to me by the best auto body shop I've ever dealt with. My appointment was on a Monday but because we were headed out of town that Saturday they said I could drop it off on Friday. My wife and I arrived that morning around 9am, talked with them for about 15min then left. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang around 11am, and it was them with a diagnosis! I mentioned my surprise they had already looked at it and he said, "Yeah, we actually had a few minutes so we thought we'd go ahead and take a look." My issue involved a part that I had a lifetime warranty on and had actually changed out before (it was not a complete failure this time which explained the intermittency). They actually offered to work with me and Autozone to get the part warrantied out but given our schedule and my experience changing out the part myself we settled on the diagnostic fee and the knowledge they had me as a customer for life now! We picked up my vehicle that afternoon. Can you imagine a mechanic with a sense of urgency to jump on a customer's job early and one so honest and accommodating as to not invent extra problems and be willing to bend over backwards?
